Anointing the Sacred Fires Within
©This program will reveal what essential oils are, (liquid light)
and the sacred and ancient art of anointing using essential oils and blends that
are time-tested. Participants will be provided the blends to use, instructions
for use upon themselves and each other for certain chakra's in the workshop. We
will fill the space with our toning, to mix with the high vibration and
knowledge at the same time to raise our energy levels and awaken the sacred
fires within.

Participants will learn they are far more powerful and

than they know and learn to trust their own

Healing Basics: A path to lasting peace with your body &
food.
In this session participants will be guided in a
highly-specialized and uniquely inspiring yoga practice (beginner level)
designed to reawaken women to the gift of embodiment. This practice helps clear
deeply held physical, mental, emotional and energetic blocks to sustainable
self-love and positive self-care. The group will then gather in a sacred sharing
circle to further enhance healing and be presented with an outline of The PEACE
Path Wellness Way and foundational practices they can begin using anytime,
anywhere. Our session concludes with an ecstatic embodiment dance to integrate
and celebrate the experience of freedom!
