Falling Away, Breathing With Trees & Forest Bathing

This is a continuation of the last blog, since so many asked for instructions.  We forget that not everyone knows what to do, or just needs a reminder, so here you go.  (Yes, we also added this to the previous blog to, just in case).

In the last blog, we shared with you that it is more important than ever, to connect deep into the EARTH/HEART and spread your limbs into the sky to bring down the energy and ground it into the mother and your heart.

What we didn’t think about, is that some of you have not taken classes with us and you may not KNOW HOW TO DO THIS?

So, this will be an instruction manual to take you through the steps.

The deeper your roots go, the higher your spirit can soar, and soak into the LIGHT OF THE WORLD.

We apologize for not considering this before!  Enough of you let us know, so here you go!
Note: You can do all or some of the steps below, the important thing is to connect with the tree/earth and feel your roots go deep into her belly, back connecting with your ancestors and past lives and to breathe with her and give thanks.  I also make sure to give something, a gift.  That can be tobacco, coins, or even spittle if you have nothing else.  Bon Voyage!

You want to gather the necessary tools:

2.   Gemstones,

3.  ArcoftheAncients oils, blends, creams.

4.   Tuning forks or sound instruments

5.   Make sure you are wearing comfortable attire

Next, find the right ‘MOTHER TREE’, or whichever tree you find special, already have a relationship with, or calls to you.

Approach her gently and with respect.

Ask her if it is okay to BREATHE WITH HER.  To exchange ENERGY/BREATH you will EXHALE carbon dioxide and she in turn will exhale OXYGEN AND LIGHT.

What a symbiosis the universe created between us.

As stated in the previous blogs, and in classes, it is always good to GO WITH/ALIGN WITH THE STARS/SEASONS.  USE THE ENERGY TO MOVE YOU AND ASSIST YOU.

As I write this version, we are in ‘FALL SEASON’.

Just as the meme states, think of all you have learned, been through, what is REFLECTED (WATER) to you, and think of what you can now let ‘FALL AWAY’.

If you are by a river, listen to the sounds of the water’s music/flowing.

Feel the AIR MOVING.  Allow those EL-E-MENTS to help you ‘shake the leaves of writing/your words/memories/hurts, to assist you and move those now ‘dead’ leaves off, shake it all off.

When you feel that is complete enough for you, proceed to the next step.

Some of you may want to ‘write things down’ on your leaves (paper/papyrus) to help you both visit, acknowledge and thank yourself for taking you through all the experiences, to now become a CLEARER VERSION OF ALL OF WHO YOU ARE.

Once you establish the connection and permission, make yourself comfortable, you can sit or stand with your back on her skin (if you prefer to face her, that is fine too) and then call in your guardians, angels.

I like to also call in some of my loved ones who have crossed over, place them in the 4 CARDINAL DIRECTIONS, beginning with EAST/AIR/NEW BEGINNINGS.

You can continue to place whoever you feel your guides/angels are, all around you.  Call them in, call in that energy, believe me, they want to help you.

Honour the 4 directions and the EL-E-MENTS (GOD MIND): East/Air, South/Fire, West, Earth, North/Water (these are the directions as I use them, according to my location, where the lake is in the north.  You can use whichever works for you.

Now, begin to anoint your chakras, starting at the root (so the bottom of your feet, knees or the base of spine or all) inhale and tone a deep note, feeling the rhythm of the sound spinning your ‘wheel of light’, Muladhara.  Feel your breath travel through your spine, down your legs and deep into the earth with the roots of the tree.  Feel her breathing with you. Think of the support and nurturing of the earth, that gives birth to us.  The GREAT MOTHER, to whom we will all return this body.
When you feel ready to move up to the second chakra, Svadisthana/water, anoint that chakra with whichever oils/blend you have.  If you have ArcAncient Chakra blends, all the better, as they are all made with the astrological currents, reiki’d and charged with the correlating gemstones.  (See chakra chart)

Think of water, the river, the ocean, the lake, rain.  Think of the many different expressions of water, ice, water, steam, and how wonderful water is, nourishing, cleansing, connecting, reflecting back to us, so we see clearly, all of who we are and who we came here to be.  Breathe and tone that for as long as you feel necessary.  Proceed to the 3^rd chakra.

FIRE/Manipura.  Thumping/drumming energy.  Anoint your belly.  Breathe into that wheel of light, feel her spin inside you, radiating around your belly.  LIFE/TRANSFORMATION.

The noon day sun, warming, enlightening, strengthening, and guiding.  Filling you up just as it has to all the earth/plants/leaves/trees.  CIRCULATING.
Connect with your HEART, beating inside of you, and anoint your HEART and begin to BREATHE DEEPLY INTO YOUR HEART, feel that energy move down your body, down your legs and deep, deep, deep, spreading out with the roots into the EARTH.  Notice all your ancestors who have gone before you, now supporting you in a web going all the way back through time, all the way to the beginning, when even your own light, first appeared into this dimensional space on planet EARTH, preparing for just this very time.  ANAHATA/UNSTRUCK.

BREATHE TOGETHER WITH THE TREE, FEELING GRATITUDE.

YOU MADE IT HERE, TO THIS VERY, PRECIOUS, TIME ON PLANET EARTH, FOR THIS VERY MOMENT.  TO BLOOM INTO ALL OF WHO YOU ARE.
Sit inside the chambers of your HEART.  JUST BREATHING.  FEEL THE EMANATION OF LOVE.  Think of those you love, animals, spouses, partners, family, friends.  Feel that connection, feel their love coming back to you, feel all the love you have given and felt, now RETURNING TO YOU, FILLING YOUR HEART AND BREATHE ALL OF THAT THROUGH YOU AND DEEP INTO THE EARTH MOTHER.  EARTHEARTHEARTHEARTHEARTH

You can feel yourself moving up into the upper HEART CHAKRA, THE HEART THYMUS (HEAR THY MUSE) as you enter the GRAND STAIRCASE up to the QUEENS CHAMBER.

Anoint your throat, blessing all you say and all that is said to you.

COMMUNE COMMUN IC ATE.

Move up to your 3^rd eye and feel it BLOOMING OPEN, SENDING AND RECEIVING ALL THE LOVE AND LIGHT, BREATHING TOGETHER IN SYMBIOSIS WITH ALL THAT IS AND ALL THAT HAS EVER BEEN, THE GOD MIND.

Feel your own CROWN CHAKRA, THE LOTUS which roots in the EARTH, AND BEGINS TO BLOOM HER LIGHT IN WATER.

FEEL THAT RADIATING, PULSING, RHYTHM AS YOU BREATHE, EARTH HEART HEART EARTH EARTHEARTHEARTH.

Thank your guides and all that came to help you, and thank the MOTHER TREE, who stands strong, shades you, and who we owe so much to, connecting deep into the earth and reaching out into the HEAVENS OF HIGHER DIMENSIONS.

YOU ARE STRONG LIKE THE TREE.

When we realize that we are in such a profound time on planet earth, the accumulation of thousands of years, lifetimes, karma, genetic memory, waking up to our own lineage, their wounds carried over into this very time when we who have volunteered to WAKE UP TO ALL OF THIS AND BECOME THE DEBT BEARERS.  GRACE MUST POUR FORTH.

WE MUST CALL UPON THE GOOD, THE GRACE AND THOSE WHO HAVE CROSSED OVER, NOW CHEERING US ON.

We find ourselves awakening in the mists of the buried rubble and darkness, that pain can be overwhelming and seemingly insurmountable in such darkness.  Then we work/play/heal through it and the LIGHT BURSTS FORTH AGAIN.  The right person, angel, guide, shows up just in the nick of time and we once again see the truth, THE LIGHT, and the WAY.

So, we must take the times we can, to gentle ourselves, to console our spirits, to assuage all the pain, fear, and anguish of a thousand evolutions around the sun and the collective darkness that was buried over and over…UNTIL RIGHT NOW.

Don't forget to thank the tree, earth, as much of nature as you feel compelled, all those who participated, ancestors, etc. and then yourself for taking the time that is so important to help ourselves and this planet at this time.  Follow your intuition.

Below is a passage of rare wisdom, by Richard Rohr, a modern day progressive priest. What he shares is what I call "growing down," which is in stark contrast to the consciousness of ascension and the spirituality of bypassing.

Growing down means growing into being more fully human, embodied, connected to others, and with a heart broken open enough to become a wounded healer with hard-earned wisdom to help others.

When we grow down, we automatically "grow up." This is the beautiful alchemy of paradox, what Rohr refers to as thriving in the contradiction. We catalyze both Yin (down) and Yang (up), which is wholeness. In contrast, unilaterally growing up does not ensure growing down—in fact, it more often buries and neglects our brilliance, trapped beneath our unreckoned trauma.

By going down, we encounter our core love wounds, and to work through them is an initiation to clear and integrate our childhood pain so that we are actually able to become emotionally intelligent (mature) adults.

Because growing down confronts us with our shadow, it gives us the greatest opportunity for genuine, hands-on transformation so that we can become people of integrity. This creates a foundation of deep light for the privilege to affect the world as adults.

If we don't grow down, we remain childish, and our wounds and traumas fester and govern our lives unconsciously. We don't actually grow up, except most notably in the perverse capitalistic way of leaving home and making our own financial way in the world, which has its own merits, but is certainly not the grand sum of maturity, wisdom, and caring for the greater good (and in many cases is its antithesis).

When we don't grow down to grow up, we end up with a childish culture, and a tsunami of shadow trying to grab what it can from others to fill the void of what we have left untended.

Rohr says:

"Human consciousness does not emerge at any depth except through struggling with our shadow. It is in facing our conflicts, criticisms, and contradictions that we grow. It is in the struggle with our shadow self, with failure, or with wounding that we break into higher levels of consciousness. People who learn to expose, name, and still thrive inside the contradictions are people I would call prophets."

This is also known as, 'Spiritual Bypassing', trying to grow up and out, dismissing truth, reality and the very real lessons that can be so uncomfortable on 3D EARTH.

These people 'fake it to make it' and are 'pretending', always 'happy, nice and never getting upset in public or allowing the truth of their own darkness to be resolved'.
