A Stampede Into The Dark Knight?

This will be a quick post, during a Mercury Retrograde.  We are now in the year of the horse, and the following are some clues as to the signs of the times.

On SUN –day, January 26^th, Katie Perry sang her hit song, ‘Dark Horse’ on one of the most watched television shows of the year.

This was followed by the Chinese year of the horse, which began on Feb 1, 2014.

On February 2, the 33^rd day of the year, we watched the news of actor Philip Hoffman’s much publicized death ~ his name means ‘fond of horses’.

Philip died using heroin, which is also known as horse.  Ever been through the desert on a ‘horse with no name, it feels good to get out from the rain’?

His death was on Imbolc Feb 2, the 2^nd day of the 2^nd month, according the Gregorian calendar. (Which is 22, and why Psalm 22 relates again to this time frame.)

It was also the day of the ‘Super Bowl’ between the Seattle ‘Sea’-‘HAWKS’ and the Denver ‘BRONCOS’ (The Bronco being the bucking horse), and the horse got his but whipped.

During half-time, Bruno ‘MARS’ played under flashing pyramids.  (Much more symbology can be found, but I will leave that to other sites) the mention is only to point out that Mars, is the ruler of WAR and ‘HAWKS’ are the well-known aspect of the war mongers in government.

Now we come to the four horses of the Apocalypse, which as readers of the first chapter of my book will know, means ‘a revealing’, thus the name ~ Revelations.

I can’t help myself but to look around and seek the clues the universe provides to give us an overview of things to come, a forecast.

6 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

² And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. (1st horse) Cancer/Crab/MOON.

³ And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

⁴ And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. (ARIES/MARS) 2^nd horse

¹¹ And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

One of the commercials during the Super Bowl was for, the Maserati Ghibli.  The Maserati symbol is the symbol for the Roman God, Neptune, who is given credit for creating the horse.  (Greek/Poseidon) Indeed, the symbol for the Charioteer Card in the Tarot is the mastering of the forces of nature, harnessing the duality depicted as white and black horses under the canopy of the stars.

This is also representative of our mind, and our ability to control the forces of our deeply emotional limbic system, of which the ‘Hippocampus’ is a part, and literally translates to `Sea-Horse’.

Ghibli is a noun, whose origin means: ‘a hot dust-bearing wind of the North African desert’.
 The commercial, which has very dark overtones, tells us to: ‘Strike while the Giants are sleeping’  What giants might they be?

Now to return to revelations and the ‘four’ horses; though there are many layers of interpretations here, I will mention a few:  First, the four represent the ‘Cardinal directions’ and the four EL-ements.  (I will finish up my long promised treatise on Saturn and you will find it on this blog for a deeper explanation on Saturn.)

I will only add now for the added awareness of the reader, that Saturn is EL of the Old Testament, and this is why the Sabbath is on ‘Saturn’s Day’, more commonly known as Saturday.  He is also the EL of Egyptian god lore.  EL-ement then, becomes God-Mind, and the four elements, are simply the four powers/directions of the God-Mind.

This brings us to the obvious relationship of the four horses of the apocalypse, to the four directions (El-ements) and the wrath of God.

To continue, we are experiencing the world-shaking effects of UR-Anus (hEAven) which is in Aries, square to Pluto/Hades (hELl) which is in Capricorn.  As these cardinal squares form (The cardinal signs are: Aries/Mars, Cancer/Moon, Libra/Venus, Capricorn/Saturn) they also at times form what is known as the Cardinal Cross (SEE previous post for larger diagram) when other transiting planets or heavenly bodies are journeying in the other two cardinal signs, Cancer and Libra, which Jupiter/Zeus and Mars/Ares are now in respectively.

I have written quite a bit about this Cardinal Square and the Crosses in previous posts, but they are worth revealing further and deeper layers as we proceed through this time frame.

Readers familiar with previous posts already know that those who have planets in the cardinal signs, especially within the degrees of: 7-15 now, are experiencing major life transitions, some will push you into your greater self quickly, some will simply feel excruciating and devastating.

I know, I have a 13* Libra sun and 15* Mercury in the Twelfth house of my natal chart.

The horse/wood/yang years in the past have portended war and we can hope and pray that does not bring China and Japan to blows.

We also can expect from all the aforementioned: that this excess of fire stoked up by the wood year, may portend disasters of the volcanic variety (Mars and Pluto square) as well as further war auguring by the Hawks, electrical explosions that will bring power disruptions and worse, could be some earth shaking quakes and subsequent water displacement.

We are already experiencing one of the most difficult winter seasons in the states, and the rest of the planet is also under siege by heat, snow, fires and water deluge or the opposite, drought.
In particular, will be the first blood moon and the Uranus Square to Pluto/Cardinal Cross as the previous post elaborated on.  Then we look to the month of June, which is the month the horse governs in Chinese Astrology.

So, is the horse itself evil, (I don't think so) or shall we overcome this more sinister display with more positive images?  The horse needs freedom to be happy, but they also like to be brushed and loved.  Can we keep from having a stampede?  Let’s hope so.
