Shine Your Light Cast Out the Darkness, Soul On Deck

This year, is a FIRE/ROOSTER YEAR. I ask you to consider the ELement of FIRE.  What is in the mind of fire?  What feeds fire and what puts fire out?

Fire can burn, but it can heat us on the cold winter nights, while it will also light up the darkness that can feel like a cold blanket of expanse.  The countryside can be pretty all dressed in her finest white garment, but it can also be sterile and make one yearn for the ‘wearin’ of the green’ that will colour our world fragrantly.

It is the stuff of the ‘combustible engine’ that is quickly becoming outdated, even though that time should have come much sooner.

It is the ‘flame’ in inflammation, that those who suffer from arthritis have to contend with, or any inflammation that our body uses to heal us with, even as we eat and that digestive process heats up the wizardry of our body’s brilliant design to metabolize the food that we eat, that connects us to all of life. 

One of my favorite movies, was: “Out of Africa”.  Meryl Streep’s character Karen, leans heavily on her guide Farah, played by Malick Bowens, who is her attendant and in charge of the house staff.  He also is her ‘lookout’ who travels ahead of the rest of the caravan, to make sure the way is safe and clear.  Once he finds the next ‘camp’ he builds a fire, so they can see and find him.

They develop a very special and close relationship.  At the end of the movie, when Karen is moving back to Europe, she says he must come and see her.  He responds: “You must make the fire very bright.”  It is very touching, I usually cry, even though I have seen the movie half-a dozen times.

So, fire can light the way.  We have our own fiery sun/star in the sky to light and guide our own way.

Fire is related to digestion, the liver (LIVE or) and to the energy we need to move forward as well as igniting passions.

Fire is known to most in the north, as the direction of the south. 

Now, let’s get to the Rooster.

Rooster, my favorite cartoon, may have been, Foghorn, Leghorn, growing up.  What does that really have to do with this?  Well, not so much other than of course he wanted to be the ‘cock of the walk’ and I may never have the chance to talk about my favorite cartoon.  LOL

The rooster symbolizes your own personal strength, and they can be assertive, so this can symbolize a year to get things started.  Have you put things off for that day when…..?  This can be used to get over the hurdle of believing in yourself, and start to promote yourself, don’t wait for others, but if you see something worth promoting, by all means, get going!  Christmas Eve will have a Saturn trine to Uranus, so put something into the universal matrix to your intentions.  You might just get that long sought after recognition.

Roosters crow and start the day.  They don’t like others in their hen house so can be assertive to protect their little hens that are laying eggs (creativity) and they know how to show off their colourful plumage.   This is a potent sign, fire and rooster being both yang or active, to get ‘er done!

They are proud but not arrogant, though humble might be a stretch.

The day is what you make of it and the roosters early call says to “get moving”.

The Star Card: XVII (Year; MMXVII)

The Star card, is about connecting your inner light, and shining that out into the world.  Show your soul light on deck this year, it is time and the universe has us cooked up to the boiling point, so something has to come out now, what?  The gift you came here to give, which is born from your cross, your wound, found as Chiron in your chart, which as we have taught for over a decade now, is the ‘the skeleton key to your chart’…where your father’s house has many mansions.

General Meaning

Celestial influences this year, will draw out the culmination of your life’s work until now, the lessons that you have learned to formulate that fusion of your soul, its divine origin and intent, with the materia or matter of this world. 

How can you best make a difference?  What is uniquely you?

It is time to let your light shine, your star shine…what play are you the star in and why?

This is not about your personal control, but about what you personally can give that is a much bigger picture than you, what world stage can you light up, when you align with the heavenly stars?  What is your mission, should you choose to accept it?

Have you tempered your vessel, and learned to separate this from that?

Do you see the dross now that occluded your internal vision?

There is the old nursery rhyme: “When you wish upon a star, dreams come true”…But that is for children, unless you have learned, that when you align, yourself, with the universe, and what you were born to do, the universe will respond to you, and agents and angels will show up on your path, when you are ready.

This is not to ‘go with the flow’, like lemmings, but to have forged your vessel, to a tensile strength that can handle the light that is now glowing within you.  Feel the trembling cauldron inside of you?  Feel your kinship with the earth and how she is trembling too?

We had to learn to discern, to be aware of what is happening around us, as so much has been revealed, as we told you in chapter I of the book: ‘Alchemy of the Soul, A Limbic System”.

All is being revealed now, the ancient secrets, the emperor’s with no clothes, the monsters that live among us and have all but taken over the planet.

Oh, they are equal opportunity, by now you surely must be awake enough to know they have taken over the top of all the pyramidal systems, organizations, political parties, unions, etc.

Now, there is no more hiding, it is all coming out in the open and that is frightening for those who have been so busy, they could not see, or fell into the trap of so much of the new age teachings, that are just one more rouse to get those not ready to hold the bright light of truth yet, but we must now help them realize their true source too.

Shine your own light, it will cause some to recoil, if they have been going on false truths, that alignment may be hard to readjust and more so for some than others.

The Star Card will reveal the invisible hand, who is guiding us along, and will allow us to stray when we are not ready for the deeper truths and the light that they hold.  It is not different than trying to look directly into the sun, this requires inner vision.

But, we must know, that if we are not aligned with our spiritual pursuit, if what we do, lacks real meaning or we have not found the energy rising when we share our gift, there is still more tinkering and tempering to be done.

It is time to rededicate yourself, to take the steps that align that little turning stone within you, to a larger realm traveling through an ancient evolutionary course that started long ago and throughout eternity.

Listen to your heart for wisdom, is it connected to your actions?

The ancient’s had all the right tools, meditation, cleansing, prayer, fasting, truth, communion, honour, good works, yoga, being in nature’s garden, seeking forgiveness and repentance.   Contemplate your path, and adjust your sails, what you have been putting off is calling you.

Remember, we are dealing with some powerful A-STAR-OLOGY, here, and Saturn and Neptune, Saturn wants us to be careful, not to rush in, this reminds us of not being too prideful, remind yourself of the rooster, and fire, too quick, we have a wild fire, but controlled, we have THE POWER TO LIGHT UP THE WORLD.

 Notice there are seven stars around her?  In astronomy, the Pleiades (/ˈplaɪədiːz/ or /ˈpliːədiːz/), are also known as the Seven Sisters.  The constellation is in the sign of Taurus the bull.

Did you also know that when you see the woman with the pitcher you should follow her into her house?  That is Aquarius.

Follow her into the Age of Aquarius.  Aquarius is an air sign, though she is holding pitchers of water, this is all alchemical.

I posted two different versions of the card, so you can see there are different ways of telling a story in the ‘unbound book’ of the TAROT, ORATER, TARA, TORAH. 

She wants us to shine our light, don’t wait for permission, to follow her into your own house.  You don’t give a star permission to shine, and we all need whatever light you have been impregnated with, bring it forth. 
Also notice, that in one card, there is a traveler with his knapsack on his back, a wanderer who does not seem to have a home?  That may be coming in early spring for some, with Venus, Jupiter going retrograde and Mercury going retrograde on the tail end of Venus, just before she stations direct.

We will have a lovely trine from Uranus in Aries to Saturn in Sagittarius that will be exact on Christmas Evening, on the way to the New Moon in Capricorn at 7* on December 29th at 1:53 AM.  There they are the sun and moon hanging out with Mercury and just ahead of this, the sun will be catching up with Pluto/Hades at 16* of Capricorn the Goat…that is forming a T-square to Uranus at 20* of Aries and Jupiter at 20* of Libra, so that is a tense formation, again, the boxed in feeling.  Ever play racquetball and get hit by that hard rubber ball, bouncing so quickly off the wall you don’t have reflexes that are agile enough to realize it is even coming before it happens?  Well, that is a good analogy for the energy right now, as quick as you shine your light, Mercury RX at 6* Capricorn and Uranus Rx at 20* Aries, are both recoiling and mangling up communication efforts, that at times, will be exactly the wisdom hindsight can quickly bring now, especially with the trine from Uranus to Saturn, it is returning to us, it will also peel back layers and give us insights so quick and so deep, we might make the mistake that it is all done now, okay, now we got this, and we do.  But we will have a ‘return and adjustment’ that once we attend to, layer after layer, it will finally sink in and become the foundation to move forward with for the change that is necessary.

Remember, that Saturn/EL is the ruler of Capricorn, so all we see happening, is directly related to Saturn and planets like Pluto in his domain, and also aspects to Saturn and Pluto, with all the closer planets making aspects, as the sun and moon will do on the 29th and Saturn trine to Uranus, ruler of

Aquarius makes starting Christmas eve.

The Killing Floor And the Carcasses of Dreams.

On August 2, 2016 at 1:49:59 PM EDT Mars finally re-entered Sagittarius, after boiling up all kinds of muck, with his re-entry back into Scorpio 9 weeks ago, pounding us with waves of revelations about our deepest, darkest thoughts and fears.

Now, he has pushed up the under-belly for all the world to see and is galloping away in Sagittarius, getting ready to pull back his quiver, he will take aim, you will hear the sound as your arrow flies through the skies…where oh where shall it land…What about timing? 

The full moon on August 18^th at 5:26 AM EDT at 25*51’41” of Aquarius, is a lunar appulse eclipse, in which the prenumbral shadow of the earth falls upon the moon, occulting her…she will partially swallow up LaLuna…and will disintegrate that magical reflective shield that reverses our image back to us…

Already we feel the powerful undertow as she draws us out of the safety of our imaginary shells; some of us may feel the cold dark hand of the unknown, disturbing our insular field and as the illusion disintegrates, we peer out into the strange world beyond, a dark void now occluding the left-over shards of our shattered dreams and broken promises.

Saturn, or EL as we will recall, is the LORD of the Rings…and EL-e-ment (mind) wants that structure…he is LEAD.  These two planets, Saturn and Neptune started this cycle back in the late 80’s, when they were conjunct in Capricorn. They were last exact in that conjunction on March 3, 1989 at 11°53΄ Capricorn.

Old Saturn/EL is the cold-leaden grip of reality…He rules old age and now at 9* of Sagittarius he is forming his last square to Neptune/Poseidon who is now (at the time of the full moon eclipse) at 11* of PIsces.  They will square exactly on September 10^th. At 10*.  Jupiter is the planet they both have in common…as ruler of Sag and traditional ruler of PIsces…Jupiter/Zeus can be implored for optimism and new expansion into the views of the future that are trying to find a way into your life, what are those? 

A cold and somber reality may now be making its way past any illusion you may have had, regarding false notions of spirituality as Poseidon’s watery dreams crash hopelessly on the banks of EL’s leaden walls.

There have always been hucksters selling dreams, but as the excesses of the 80’s closed out, Saturn and Neptune were making a rather unholy alliance ready to seduce us out of ‘tried and true’ and suck us into a ‘void of irrational and unsustainable dreams’ that had no anchor in reality, especially as Uranus was at 4* nudging us into ‘taking a bold chance’ and cut and run into the promises any angel would whisper against the cold hard reality of Capricorn.

There we were standing at the gates of the God’s…on the mountain tops and there is where you can look back to Ariadne’s thread.

You see, the Uranus to Pluto squares were all over that (11*) degree of Capricorn (and all the Cardinal signs)…and they are still tripping that open as Uranus squeezes us into their last square dance together, which will not slip inside the 3* mark and only come within 4*, but this is a highly charged lock that is being picked off by our Guardian’s.  This is not considered a part of the Uranus sq. Pluto pattern and will not reach exact square again (thankfully) but make no mistake, this is absolutely triggering closure to all they have and will disgorge as they upend anything that could not withstand the fire of this alchemical inferno.

Luckily, the God’s do know us, they see our feeble attempts at pretending the world is not what it is, if not for the very real pain and discomfort so many wish to escape.

We see this magnified in the escalating use of heroin and other opioids, which includes the very legal, but equally ravaging use of OxyContin.

On Christmas Eve, right before Uranus turns fully direct again at 20* of Aries, he picks up support from EL/Saturn who is at 20* of Sagittarius.

If you have managed to wait until this opportune moment, your dreams have crystallized and you will see clearly, the path forward that is both anchored in the reality of Saturn/EL while he is now being supported with a new force that is clearly pushing us into new ways to manage an aging population, some of us feeling this ourselves in a very up front and personal way.

My personal prediction, is that what we will see is a clearing house of candidates in the US through the eclipses which have finished the Aries/Libra axis, and will ask us to really use our imaginations to come up with wholly new ways to both assist the aging, while marrying their wisdom to a youth, who cannot see their own future, choked in the largess and excesses of the past.

Now that those of us on that first wave, that was seeded during the Saturn/Neptune/Uranus conjunction are getting a cold, hard slap with reality, those ‘Ivory Towers’ are falling…we begin to rebuild a world that uses both the hEArt and the mind with an eye towards future sustainability while the illusions that once occulted our visions with lofty but unreal goals.

Notice how people don’t understand each other?  How distinctly different one reality is from your perspective?  This is Babylon falling.

Remember, we were being taught to ‘fake it until you make it’….the obvious should come screaming out in the fallacy that literally under-lies this dubious proposition, in that it asks us to disregard reality and um, that small little detail that never ever goes away….THE TRUTH.

We were told that we live in an ‘abundant world’….so ask and you will receive anything you want?  Um….that is true to a point.  A narcissist sees the world as his or her oyster, plump for the picking as long as people are naive enough to buy whatever dream they are selling…that is only their dream…you have no part in it, save for being a shoulder to step on and a pocket to pick.

And the EArth is not limitless…so asking the universe to give you more…”things” is not in line with her teachings and Saturn/EL is fully willing to come along and teach you this, should you rebuke his lessons in favour for the IL-LUCE-IONS of Neptune/Poseidon.

The earth takes work to make things…infused with the dreams born into a fertile and open mind, that is GROUNDED IN THE REALITY OF THE DOING TO MAKE A DREAM COME TRUE.

You can follow your bliss right over a cliff…you see, testing the truth to any statement, is often not comfortable territory, especially while we are in the learning curve of an OLD Man, who rules TIME squaring the seas that want to cleanse and renew, even as they hold up the mirror to reflect back to us, that dreams built up on shifting sands will never hold up to the deluge, but those built on the ‘rock’…will stand the tests of time, just look at the pyramids.

So, if you’ve managed to avoid the treble hook of Neptune, she can’t rip out your guts now, as you try and remove the hooks she may have sunk in, pulling you into the celluloid world she rules with a dose of any drug of choice, which washes down the lies.

No, if you managed to swim against the strong current of ‘wishful thinking’, then you have given birth to something that will nurture you into your old age, but if you followed, an addict’s path into nowhere, than this time might be a bit more difficult for you.

These eclipses start another cycle in Aquarius and Leo…so the fixed cross is emphasized, as we start to see the new ground the Cardinal Signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn are now excavating; since the ending of their own eclipse cycle with the tetrad of eclipses last year.  This won’t have a lunar/solar ECLIPSE trigger until; the partial solar eclipse on Jul 13 2018 2:47:46 am GMT at 20°Cn41'14''.

For now, we have the ‘FIXED SIGNS’ eclipsing out old patterns, to begin again anew with a streamlined and coherent plan moving forward.

We are also still in the mutable sign eclipse patterns, which started last year, the total solar eclipse on Mar 20 2015 at 9:36:08 am GMT at 29°Pi27'19'' and which will be triggered again with the new moon solar eclipse on Sep 1, 2016 9:03:02 am       GMT at 09°Vi21'10'', so don’t be jealous, you have your own stuff that you are trying to squeeze through this opening, that does not want waste, lies or you spending time, doing the same old thing, making the same old mistakes, and it does not require deception to enter, quite the contrary, it requires your truth.

So, the cardinal signs of Aries/Cancer/Libra and Capricorn are going to go into the corkscrew ending this year, with that last close encounter with Uranus in his square to Pluto/Hades, and should be able to proceed forward with a much clearer picture of who they are and where they are going.

But, I promise you, the phat lady still has a song to sing for you…try not to make any changes until after the Saturn trine to Uranus…which will arrive all doe-eyed on Christmas Eve.

You still don’t see all the pieces to the puzzle, some have yet to arrive.

This has been brutal on some families…whether it is siblings, parent and child or both, everybody has an opinion, and the world is doing a good job of spinning us like your wash machine, with every clinging to the sides of the walls, they refuse to stop holding up…filled with their own opinions that shred the love that has fed them for so long.  How quickly they forget?

The truth is, if people were able to be more honest, we have all had to watch each other make some pretty unintelligent choices, or so they seem to be from our own nuanced perspectives. 

Remind yourself, that everyone is acting out of such a high dose of fear now, it is almost like an ex-communication of sorts…and people are trying to avoid pain at any cost, and only the people we deeply hold in our hearts, can cause us the most pain, it is also where we usually end up dumping all our waste, without stoking the fires of love whose embers beg us to give them a little wind…EVERYONE IS BUILDING WALLS.

A wall big enough, to keep the boogeyman out of our lives…but is it really the right person we need to be concerned about that we are building a wall between?  Is that really where the source of our pain or is it really an illusion?

Are we really building a wall that boxes us in again, and perhaps

even keeps us from the person that assuages that pain?  The very person we need.

Have you relied on them before in the past?  Have they come through for you?

I wouldn’t discard someone so quickly, just because they remind you of who you are, and you don’t want to hear the ugly truth.  It also doesn’t mean they have the whole picture, but there are an awful lot of people being tricked into ‘building walls’ that will separate them from the very people they love and will need again in the future.

More and more people, are finding a way to be ‘alone’.

This way, they won’t be hurt, by unintentional or intentional slights, which poke through the dream of who we wish we were and ask us to take a cold, hard look at reality.

This can include: ‘How dare you live ‘my dream’…while I am suffering and you aren’t even paying attention to your responsibilities?’

What they are screaming inside is: “How come I don’t get to live my dream?”

Because most people have had their dreams shaken up, thus the Saturn square to Neptune at its most base understanding.

Queue: Eleanor Rigby…and all the Lonely People…

Remember, she is wearing a face that she keeps in a jar by the door…’who is it for’?  All the lonely people.

What mask are you wearing or have you been wearing?

How about: “I am so spiritually evolved, I never get angry or upset?”…

Or…”I am so spiritually evolved (Neptune Illusion/Delusion) that I only focus on the positive, because I don’t want to make the negative any bigger?”….oops, so much for cleaning up the big mess we all see… and totally lacking of Saturn’s lesson’s…that won’t go well.  Many of us, my self-included, learned that lesson the very hard and real way.

Dreams are only become real, using Saturn…and his structure, time, and the application of the will of Mars/Ares…which brings me to the next big trigger point on (AU =Gold) August 24th, 2016 Mars and Saturn, meet up in the sky and they are swimming with another interesting point, which is the fixed star Antares (Anti-Ares/Mars) will conjoin in the sky at 10° Sagittarius. This trigger point of the cycle that began on August 25^th, 2014 when Mars and Saturn converged in Scorpio at 24* to kick-start the cycle as Mars/Ares infused his passion and will power (and blood-lust for war) and the Lord of the Rings collared that energy into uprooting the detritus that Scorpio is comfortable with.

Let’s not forget, that Saturn in Scorpio and Pluto in Capricorn were in mutual reception, so the trigger to the Uranus / Pluto squares was like a daisy–chain, set to this hair-trigger just ready to go off, and off it has gone now in bigger and littler explosions of humanity rising up against the state…all over the planet.  Click, click, click the explosive energy as the shots were fired from a very hot barrel.

Fallen, fallen is Babylon falling all over the world.

At the end of chasing dreams, usually people want to find their pot of gold at the end of the rainbow…for many, the pot is not so full of gold, and their dreams are all but dust in the wind.

Many will do an about face in life now, move in entirely new directions.

How will you marshal the energy of Mars/Ares into the newly forming structure that Saturn is now asking you to consider?  This aspect to Antares, can make the newly forming drive a bit obsessive.

You see, now that Neptune has all but pulled the curtain down on the emperor and showing us he has no clothes, he is also showing a lot of people, they don’t have a plan that is realistic.

We are about to see the world go to work and work very hard.  This time, it won’t be for some ‘future world’, but the reality of here and now.

Saturn in Sagittarius, means we will have to take into account, a global world that does not have boundaries, though that will be a continued struggle to negotiate.

We have to make education sustainable for as many as possible (which is very doable now, with the internet, but there are those who will not take their hands off the till…). 

We also have the subject of student debt coming up and there are idea’s being tossed out to completely pay off that debt for those students… (This is not Saturn’s idea at all btw) for them…a very slippery Neptunian promise.

No responsibility is never an answer, the argument that it will put spending back into the economy may have merit, but that is true for anyone with debt then, is it not?  You know what people do?  They rack up more debt, until they go through enough pain, to make more responsible choices, tough lessons.

Surely we should be able to find a middle ground, forgive interest and penalties for starters, we did this when we bailed out the banks that were too big to fail, and we see that when we bailed them out, they have merely done the same thing, what were the consequences of their actions?  No Saturn there?

All of this will lead up to the New Moon eclipse on September 1, with the sun and the moon at 9* of Virgo, and she will ask us to again, make cogent plans that have the ‘details’ worked out.

I see a light at the end of the tunnel, and as my friend Nancy reminded me through another good friend Cathy, and my parents were telling me from the other side, the light is increasing.  Yes, we see a lot of stuff we didn’t see before, and it is uncomfortable and frightening at times, but we couldn’t see it, if the light was not growing so very bright.

Jupiter, ruler of Sagittarius closely conjoins Mercury and Venus in Virgo at 26* while Mercury/Hermes is at 27* and Venus is at 23* and they are all dancing with the head of the dragon at 13* if Virgo:

while Mars conjoins with Saturn/EL and Antares.  Zeus is benefiting all matters of Virgo, details, service, health and health care as he magnifies what needs to be seen, some of the details may become uncomfortable reminders if we haven’t tended to them in any significant matter.  Not to worry, this will help to bring it all up front and center.

So, there is a lot of frustration out there, how can you blame people for seeking a heaven they are promised, when the heat is turned up so high on earth, they begin to believe they are in hell?

It is going to take work and co-operation, respect for elders and concern for our youth and the world we are leaving them.

Listen to them, they are already making their own new way and it is not the same road that many of us took.  They aren’t buying homes, they are living in vans and makeshift campers.  Many don’t drive, they take public transportation, they don’t want to invest in vehicles whose worth rusts shut any other real opportunity they have to create value in their lives, while trying not to sacrifice life itself in the process….in other words, they don’t want to save to start to live.  

How will that work out for them?

I have no idea, but it is these new trends we must keep our eyes on, if we are going to know how best to navigate our own future trends and somehow, aging gracefully without being abandoned…with all the lonely people.

August 29, 2016 at 9:03 AM Mercury Stations RX at the anoretic degree of 29* Virgo…he will plow back into her earthly construct to make sure we get this right before we move forward when he goes direct on September 21, at 14* of Virgo.

September 1, 2016 New Moon Eclipse at 9* of Virgo.

September 10^th. Saturn squares Neptune exact (last time) at 10* Sagittarius and PIsces respectively.

September 16^th. 3:05 PM EDT Full Moon eclipse at 24* PIsces.

December 24^th. 2016 at 4:59 PM EST Saturn Trines Uranus at 20* of Sagittarius and Aries respectively.

December 28^th. At 4:29 AM Uranus will station Direct…at 20* of Aries…get ready to run, the locomotive is moving forward again…with a quickness.

A Solstice, a Square and Significant Changes

 

Finally!  The light will begin to increase now, that the Winter Solstice has taken place on the new moon, December 21, 2014 at 9:37PM (solstice point at 6:03PM EST), with the sun at 00* Capricorn and the Moon, snuggling up to her partner at 00* and 9’.

Yup, that is some good news ~eh?

Now, leading up to this point…been quite a ride hasn’t it?  When you have so much heavy aspecting going on between the planets, and this leads into the time of the year, that is always stressing over the galactic center…it is like a bottle-neck traffic jam.

With this new moon in Capricorn the Goat, fast approaching her rendezvous with Pluto/Hades also travelling in the domain of the Pan the Goat at 12*, after having just formed the 6^th of his seven squares to Uranus on December 14^th., all things Saturnian are now emphasized.  We add to this starry cocktail, Saturn’s entry into Sagittarius on December 24^th, and we have a whole lot of pressure on the planet, to finish up all things Saturn/El related, especially in regards to Scorpio’s expressions as harnessed by the leaden Lord of the Rings.  There is no escape.  Saturn makes us deal with things.  He is karma from lifetimes ago, if that is the cargo he is bringing to you in your chart.

If you have been respectful of Saturn’s lessons, then you may enjoy rewards, and Saturn always rests on the 7^th day. (Saturn’s Day/Saturday/Seth/Sabbath).

Saturn wants to teach us discipline and if we don’t discipline ourselves, and harness our ability and tasks according to his very high expectations, he will surely return to teach us discipline, by removing our freedoms.  If we cannot learn Saturn’s discipline and Mastery; we cannot access the higher energies without breaking apart.  (Insert Scotty yelling “I’m givin’ her all she’s got, captain, she’s breaking up!”.  Saturn is all about integrity, where this is lacking in your life, in your chart, Saturn will gladly show up to point that out.
As he exits his transit out of Scorpio, this is like a squeegee, all that pressure building up unto the 24^th…and then for a few days afterwards as she starts to construct his new Sagittarius restrictions and boundaries.  Sag likes freedom to roam as the centaur he is, his beastly four legs connecting to the earth with a fiery thunder, thighs burning up the forward momentum, they race down the track, laughing all the way.  Does this sound like a pair of opposite mates?  Well, sort of.  Sag can use that freedom to bound up the mountain of the Goat, using their very competitive, yet jocular sports inclinations.

Now, if that freedom has got the best of the Sag, or they have taken on more than they can ‘discipline themselves enough to handle’…if we have excesses (and this is a notoriously famous ‘tell’ regarding a Sagittarius), unlike the earthy Bull/Taurus with her Venusian laid back appreciation of good things, to the point of excess…Sag races all the way down the road before she even realizes she has gone too far, this includes their candor…it is a running opine on the world around them, they feel everyone needs to know their usually highly educated thoughts.

This is hitting Scorpio’s hard, but also all the points to the square and opposition; the two squares, Aquarius and Leo and the opposition, Taurus.

What?  Did you think you were going to get a break, just because you aren’t on the Cardinal Cross, like Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn are as they are transformed by Pluto as he rototills the mountain of Capricorn and Uranus breaks old static lines with sudden upheavals or at the very least, surprise turns of events.

For now, let’s just stick to the Capricorn new moon, who wants to put everything into order, and by order, we mean rule of business.  It is all serious and stern in the aegis of Capricorn the Goat.  Our emotions want something very different than just order, they want people to play by the rules we have adopted in society.   Comfort will only come by finished business and goals met and obtained.

If you have a personal planet being energized by Saturn’s authority, then you will feel the imposed restriction, and if you are someone who likes to be organized than it is something that will help you, you will see this as exactly what you wanted!  If however, you have been shirking responsibility in some way….Pluto in Capricorn and Saturn ending his energy (until next year when he retrogrades back into Scorpio on June 15, 15 for his last lesson review for those on the fixed cross that need that little bit more time to put things in order…or pay the consequences later, especially when Saturn visits on the squares, trines and oppositions (fullness of the seed planted in the conjunctions).
So, I wish I could tell you Scorpio’s and the rest of you on that fixed cross, that it is all over…but you are really in the final throws of this wrestling match.  And, it will come back as I say, next year to make sure you have completely –RE-SOL-ved the issues.

So, are you too disciplined without the resting day?  (So, if we think in terms of percentages, we could easily see it is at least 1/7^th of your life.)  On the other hand, if you want to break free (Uranus) of restrictions, and furthermore, want ‘freedoms’ then this shift into Sag, might just be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.

Response-ability…this is the easiest way to measure if you are living up to your Saturnian abilities and expectations, it is what ‘you are able to do’….any wishful thinking will get cut out and done away with for the unrealistic attitude and the wasteful energy of the productive Saturn/EL.  You cannot rule anything until you can rule and discipline yourself.
And, with the new moon in Capricorn right now, fused with the energy of the sun, Saturn is definitely getting his ‘meal to give him energy to die with’…as in the last energy this year in Scorpio.  In Sag now, he may just squeeze out a lit bit of laughter, but freedom will be hard won, come in fits and starts and often be interrupted with the mundane, things that will need to be managed.

If you have worked hard, then Saturn will give you the break, the vacation you deserve and have earned, or perhaps that promotion, that brass ring that you have been steadily climbing up the mountain towards.

Our friend Jupiter/Zeus has gone retrograde, this won’t necessarily help the heavy leaden energy; he did so on December 8^th at 22* of Leo, he will seem to move in reverse from his standstill in the heavens…all the way back to 12* of Leo when he stations direct on April 8^th next year.  So, Leo’s….so sorry to share this with you, just when you thought you were finally getting things to lighten up, eh?  Now, once again, in a retrograde, the planet in question may be bringing back something you didn’t receive that the planet rules (in God’s heavens, as God’s planets, since “) My father’s house has many mansions”.  So, in the retrograde, the planet can bring back what your due is, or often times, we finally have got the lesson or the gift/insight and the return matches our hindsight/insight.

Jupiter/Zeus, rules benevolence, good fortune, luck, laughter, higher learning, foreigners, etc.  In this retrograde motion, these things will have a more difficult time moving ‘towards’ you…they are hindered, because they are moving from reverse position into forward motion…not always going to happen.  If you got your shopping done, people will likely get a more generous gift, then if you purchase now.

Moving forward, Uranus has just gone direct on December 21^st, at 12* of Aries.  Notice he moved just back far enough to come crashing into the square with a forward moving Pluto in Capricorn, on December 15^th., at 12* and this formed another T-square, as the moon was trying to do her balancing act in Libra.  We see the uproar and the activism as these two titans flex their muscles and give it all they have.

As I have posted many times before, this is also awakening the US chart, and on January 5^th, transiting Pluto will directly oppose the US natal sun.  We will still be very much swimming in the energy of the Pluto/Uranus square and we will also be in a Cardinal Cross forming as the moon will be conjunct the US natal sun at 14* of Cancer in the Full moon on the 4^th.

I wish I could say something very different here, but in truth, this could pose a very, very difficult time for the US.  The North Node always is collecting the karmic debt and in Libra, it is a question of whether we have been fair or not.  Who are our partners?  Have we lived in harmony?  Do we take advantage of others?  (a big no-no in the Libra energy)  The moon in Cancer (full no less) is in her own sign, and she is mothering the world.  How have we done with that in mind?  Are we good mothers or bad?  Here, the mother/moon opposes both Pluto/Hades and the sun as they are both conjunct in Capricorn.  Pluto/Hades wants to burn off the dross and wants the truth…period…he will transform those whose soul is just not evolving…but he also wants us to be responsible, this creates the schism we now see playing its meme all over the planet.

Those that earn, those that share, those that take and those that are caught in between, as the weight is largely on the backs of the working poor and the shrinking middle class.  Pluto/Hades also rules the mob, those who work in the dark of night, in secrecy…and Uranus also rules the community, so we shall see this clash play itself out all while Jupiter and his benevolence are playing hide and seek.

As always, there is an increased risk for planetary shifts and changes during this time, but when we add the stressors that are taking place, it is even more likely.

So, expect some very challenging times, especially when it comes to the US.  The price of oil in a free fall, is not going to be so good eventually for the US, since oil is traded by the dollar.  Expect the escalation of worldwide turmoil, the Ukraine, Iran and North Korea are hot spots, while the whole of the globe is rising up and clashing, divide and conquer.  This could definitely portend financial shifting…will this be the long predicted fall of the dollar? 
Such are the times we now will negotiate as we leave the year of the horse and prepare for the year of the sheep.  Funny, how often I read about people acting ‘like sheep’ and we are entering a year that is supposed to be similar, with the keyword being ‘docile’.

Again, our actions will bring a return, a consequence and this can all go to a much better place based on how we respond.  Have we evolved?  What do you think?
